We believe happy, well-balanced employees are not only beneficial to the bottom line; they are crucial to the greater good of the world. The time when work life and home life were separate has long passed. Today, there is no dividing line. Our lives are closely intertwined with work, and for many, work has become part of life at home. Finding the balance is more important than ever.
Exhale is dedicated to creating wellness solutions that encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our certified practitioners combine mindfulness, yoga, self care, nutrition and holistic lifestyle expertise into easily-accessible online resources designed for a growing community of busy professionals. It is our ultimate mission to put Wellness at Work into everyone’s lives.
It’s all about the happy.
When people feel good, they are happier at work. It’s as simple as that. When people are happy, ideas tend to flow more freely, energy increases and amazing new things have the potential to be born. Heck, the more people that feel good as a collective, the more productive our businesses are… the more our communities thrive, the more our world heals, and the happier we ALL are. That’s good for everyone.
Feeling good is the key.
What makes people feel good? Balance. The kind that happens from the inside out. Real work-life balance helps work seem not so work-y, keeps the body flexible and moving, engages the mind and calms emotions. Balance is an integral part of work because work is an integral part of life.
Meet Our Team
Chief Executive Officer
Ashley Daidone is the Founder and CEO of Exhale Wellness. Ashley began her career working in a corporate environment in the hospitality and tourism industry. Her roles as General Manager and Corporate Sales Leader for the Joie de Vivre Hotel collection took her from San Francisco to England, focusing on developing solutions for corporate executives. She had roles in Operations Management for Westin Hotels, was the Director of Group Sales for Starwood Hotels, and Senior Sales Leader within the Vail Resorts collection. Ashley is intimate with the needs and pressures of a corporate environment, and how crucial it is for employees and team members to keep balance at the center of their working lives.
In 2012, Ashley made the decision to bring more balance into her own life. She enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training and became a Certified Yoga Instructor. She began teaching yoga in various studios around the Denver area, creating classes designed for all levels, with the strong belief that yoga should be accessible to all.
As a certified Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E RYT) with Yoga Alliance, Ashley’s classes offer a space to pause from stress, get a great workout, and learn the practice of being present. She believes the Vinyasa style—connecting breath with movement—is especially beneficial for developing a mind body connection and inner calm, which ultimately can be applied to our everyday lives. Her advanced therapeutic training for working with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and biomechanical problems related to the lower back, hips, shoulders, neck, knees, elbows, feet, and wrists help issues commonly found in corporate environments. The neck and back issues stemming from desk fatigue, seated posture issues and stress-related muscular issues can be addressed through her carefully designed classes.
In 2020 Ashley merged her corporate background with her passion for yoga and wellness, and founded Exhale. She, along with Co-creator Alicia Rae, is currently focused on expanding Exhale’s brand vision, establishing a new series of livestream programming and growing the company’s team of practitioners and experts.
Frank Daidone is President of Exhale Wellness, leading the Exhale team in operations, business development and establishing brand partnerships that support Exhale’s vision of Wellness at Work.
Also Ashley’s husband, Frank is currently the CEO of Nurse Family Partnership, a community health program that empowers first-time moms to transform their lives and create better futures for themselves and their babies.
Frank brings a wealth of corporate knowledge to the Exhale team’s growth plans. He was formerly the Vice President of Operations at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, where he coordinated a 2,700-person workforce across 105 stores and cultivated partnerships between company departments, outside vendors and communities served. Before this position, he was the Chief Information Officer for the City and County of Denver, where he led the City and County’s Technology Services Agency and improved the performance and customer experience of various technology services. In addition, Daidone was the Director of Information Technology for Chipotle Mexican Grill and led the information technology programs during a period of rapid growth of 1,000 new locations.
Chief Experience & Lifestyle Officer
Alicia Rae is Exhale’s Chief Experience and Lifestyle Officer, leading the creation of extended wellness-lifestyle programming for the company’s developing online video series.
Alicia is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E RYT) with Yoga Alliance, a licensed esthetician and Aveda Educator with a focus on integrating the principles of yoga and Ayurveda into everyday life, especially our beauty care. She’s been living an Ayurvedic lifestyle since joining the Aveda brand in 2005, when she first learned about the ancient healing practices that prompted a revolution into health, wellness and beauty. Alicia started practicing yoga in 2003, first trying pre-natal yoga and using the tools of breath, focus, and awareness to birth her son naturally. After this experience, even at the beginning of her yoga journey, she immediately connected to the way yoga impacts our life off the mat. This became the focus for her personal practice, and eventually her teaching. Alicia’s initial intention with yoga teacher training was to learn more about yoga and enhance her own personal practice, but her coaches pushed her out of her comfort zone to become a teacher. She started a yoga program at Aveda Institute, Denver for new yoga teachers to develop their skills while sharing yoga with the students and team. From there, she joined the CorePower Yoga management team and began facilitating yoga teacher training programs and other yoga lifestyle programs. In 2013, she returned to Aveda to become a licensed esthetician and educator for Aveda corporate. Ashley was one of Alicia’s yoga trainees and they’ve been kindred spirits ever since. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the two reunited with like-minded passion to bring yoga into the world through building community, livestream classes/programs, corporate wellness and yoga lifestyle experiences. Alicia was the lead in developing Exhale’s 200-hour state-of-the art livestream, nationwide yoga teacher training program.
Alicia will be featured in a variety of Exhale’s video programming, including livestream and pre-recorded yoga classes, our meditation series, and Exhale Wellness Workshops that are focused on Ayurvedic principles.

It all started with an Exhale
Exhale was founded with the vision to connect the working world to the real, tangible value of wellness. In early 2020, COVID-19 took control of everyone’s perception of health. The entire world took a collective breath in as we waited, often sequestered and alone, for news and direction.
We knew that releasing that breath would be essential to moving forward, especially for those of us who were now attempting to carefully balance the demands of work and home simultaneously.
That was when Exhale was born. Ashley Daidone, Exhale’s Founder and CEO, teamed up with Alicia Rae, Co-creator and Exhale Chief Experience and Lifestyle Officer, to develop whole-life wellness solutions designed specifically for working professionals. Starting with live-streamed and pre-recorded yoga classes and meditation moments, Exhale began creating an extensive library of wellness video programming that can now be accessed through our monthly membership.
Today, whole-life wellness solutions are being developed, including nutrition, Ayurvedic, meditation, holistic beauty, healthy living and customized corporate wellness programs. Exhale is working to provide a unique, online wellness space for the working world, to build community, even when we are physically apart.
Our inclusive programming is designed to be accessible to every person, including those just beginning their journey. There is a wellness path for everyone, of every age, experience level and body type. If you are reading this now, you have come to the right place to reconnect with your center… it’s time to begin again… with an Exhale.
